Personnel Policy
The main objectives of the personnel policy of JSC "Regional Electric Networks", designed to ensure the achievement of the target guidelines of the Strategy for the development of the electric grid complex, are as follows:
- timely provision of the Company's needs for personnel of the required qualification, attracting qualified personnel to the sector,
- work with young specialists, creating conditions for the constant improvement of the professional and qualification level of employees in educational centers and courses of the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad,
- organization of briefings, seminars and other meetings of specialists of JSC "Regional Electric Networks" with leading specialists of international financial institutions to study the basic methods of preparing reports according to IFRS standards, the specifics of their implementation and the introduction of the ERP system "Enterprise Management",
- obtaining the highest return from employees, ensuring effective organization of their work and safety.
