In accordance with Article 58 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Joint Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders' Rights", general meetings of shareholders are not held in a company where all ordinary shares belong to one shareholder. Decisions on matters assigned by this Law and the company's charter to the competence of the general meeting of shareholders are made by such a shareholder individually and must be executed in writing, except in cases where preferred shares of the company acquire voting rights in accordance with this Law. In this case, the provisions of this chapter defining the procedure and terms for preparing, convening and holding a general meeting of shareholders do not apply, with the exception of provisions relating to the terms for holding an annual general meeting of shareholders.

Due to the fact that all ordinary shares of JSC "Regional Electric Networks" belong to one shareholder, a general meeting of shareholders is not held.
