YOUTH POLICY

JSC "REGIONAL ELECTRIC NETWORKS"

In pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5106 dated July 5, 2017 "On measures to improve the effectiveness of state youth policy and support the activities of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan", as well as the Resolution dated July 18, 2017 No. PP-3138 "On a set of measures to improve the activities of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan", the Council of Leaders of the Youth Union was established in JSC "Regional Electric Networks".

The main tasks of the Council of Leaders of the Youth Union of JSC "Regional Electric Networks" are:

• creating conditions for the successful realization of the professional potential of youth in the electric power industry and their support;

• promoting the involvement of young specialists in the electric power industry in the implementation of innovative projects;

• promoting the intellectual, spiritual, moral and physical development of youth in the electric power industry;

• involving youth of the electric power industry in the implementation of activities in the social sphere, initiating projects aimed at maintaining the health and social well-being of youth, developing mass youth sports;

• training young personnel for leadership positions, creating personnel reserves and mechanisms for their presentation and distribution to responsible positions.

The Council of Leaders has the right to make decisions that are mandatory for the primary organizations of JSC "Regional Electric Networks", as well as to coordinate their work.
